For a full refund, simply contact Gold And Times Customer Services 07977 837 235 or by e-mail marcus@goldandtimes.co.uk for a return number & return the item in the original packaging. All items MUST be in as new, original condition for you to receive a refund. When goods are returned using our 14 day no quibble guarantee we will refund the purchase price of the item/s in full, excluding any postage and packaging costs. This Guarantee is in addition too and does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged goods/packaging should be reported to the delivery driver immediately where possible. Please report any damage to goods whilst in transit to us as soon as possible

Uk Delivery – Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (will need signing for)– normally 1 - 2 working days, but not guaranteed.We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost.
